Reservation Policy
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the process by which an individual or entity ("User," "You") may submit a non-binding reservation request ("Reservation Request") for a production slot ("Slot") for a future SyberJet aircraft ("Aircraft") through the SyberJet website ("Site").
Non-Binding Nature of Reservation
Submission of a Reservation Request does not constitute a binding purchase agreement or a guarantee of a Slot. It serves solely as an expression of interest to reserve a priority position for a future opportunity to purchase an Aircraft. SyberJet Aircraft is under no obligation to sell, and You are under no obligation to purchase, an Aircraft based solely on this Reservation Request.
Reservation Process
Upon submission of a Reservation Request, SyberJet Aircraft will review your information. If a Slot is available and SyberJet accepts your request, you may be contacted to formalize the reservation through a separate, binding Deposit Agreement and/or Aircraft Purchase Agreement.
No Liability
SyberJet Aircraft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Reservation Request process, including but not limited to the unavailability of Slots or the inability to fulfill a request.
