These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the process by which an individual or entity ("User," "You") may submit a non-binding reservation request ("Reservation") with SyberJet LLC ("SyberJet," "We," "Us," "Our") for the potential future purchase of a new SyberJet SJ36 aircraft ("Aircraft"). This Reservation is for the purpose of expressing interest only and does not constitute a purchase order, contract of sale, or any legally binding agreement to deliver, sell, or purchase an Aircraft.

1. Nature of Reservation

1.1 The Reservation is a non-binding indication of interest only. Submitting a Reservation does not create any obligation on the part of SyberJet to deliver an Aircraft, nor does it create any obligation on the part of the User to purchase an Aircraft.

1.2 No production slot, delivery position, or purchase rights are conferred through this Reservation.

1.3 There is no order in reservations, you must continue to a contract with SyberJet to get a slot for a new jet.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into agreements in your jurisdiction.

2.2 By submitting a Reservation, You represent and warrant that the information You provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Contact and Updates

3.1 By submitting a Reservation, You authorize SyberJet to contact You via email, phone, or other means with updates, information, or marketing materials related to the SyberJet SJ36.

3.2 You may opt out of receiving communications at any time in accordance with applicable law.

4. No Financial Commitment

4.1 No payment or deposit is required to submit a Reservation.

4.2 The Reservation does not create any financial obligation for either party.

5. Future Sales Process

5.1 If and when SyberJet makes the SJ36 available for sale, You may be contacted with information regarding the formal purchase process.

5.2 Any future purchase of an Aircraft will be subject to the execution of a separate, binding purchase agreement and compliance with all applicable terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.

5.3 SyberJet reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the SJ36 program at its sole discretion.

6. Privacy

6.1 Information You provide will be handled in accordance with SyberJet's Privacy Policy, available on Our website.

6.2 By submitting a Reservation, You consent to the collection, use, and storage of Your personal data as described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.2 The Reservation is made solely at Your discretion and risk.
